Does my item have to be sent to the billing address?
You can have your purchase delivered wherever you choose. Once you reach the checkout page you’ll see it gives you the option to change the delivery address.
How will my order be delivered?
We know Sugar Dolls customers want their products delivered quickly and reliably. That’s why we use a recorded delivery service provided by the Royal Mail. Depending on stock availability, all orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding Public Holidays) before 15:00 will be dispatched the same day. All order placed after 15:00 on Fridays will be dispatched on the following Monday.
When will I receive my order?
UK & Northern Ireland: Any orders placed before 15.00 should be received the next day.
Europe: Any orders placed before 15.00 should be received between 2-5 days
How do I check whether my order has been dispatched?
When you place an order with Sugar Dolls you will receive a confirmation email immediately. You will then receive a second email to let you know when your order has been processed and is awaiting collection from our couriers. If you are based in the UK or Northern Ireland you should receive your order the following day (with the exception of weekends and bank holidays).
How can I track my order?
Once you have made your purchase you will receive a unique tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your via Royail Mail
What happens if I’m not at home?
If you are not at home when your Royal Mail courier attempts delivery they will automatically look for a safe place or neighbour to leave the package with. If nothing suitable can be found, they will leave a calling card with the relevant details and return the package to your local DPD depot. You can either collect the package in person or select a re-delivery date via www.royalmail.co.uk
I need my order quickly, how can I find out if it’s in stock?
We generally have a good stock of all our products, but to double check, please call us on +44 (0)844 693 3109 or email email@example.com.
I’m not based in the UK or Northern Ireland, will I have to pay import tax?
Europe: There is no customs, import duty or VAT to pay for deliveries from the UK to the rest of Europe.
United States: You have a personal import allowance of around $150-200 so you will have nothing to pay provided the order including shipping does not exceed this value.
Australia: You have a personal import allowance of AU$1000 so will not have to pay any Import duty or VAT provided your order does not exceed this value.
Other international locations: please contact your local department of Imports.
Cancellations, exchanges and refunds
Cancelling your order
Should you need to make a cancellation after an order has been placed, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call +44 0844 6933109 as soon as possible. You must ensure you receive confirmation of cancellation and a cancellation number.
Exchanges and refunds
To comply with the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, all purchases (with the exception of corsets, see below) are refundable/exchangeable provided we are notified within seven days of receipt (20 days for International orders). Items must not have been worn and must be in their original packaging.
If exchanging, please contact us before returning the item so that an alternative can be sourced as quickly as possible.
Can I exchange or return a corset?
When you receive your corset you should try it on loosely over a t-shirt. Tight-lacing a corset, even just once, changes its shape. We will only exchange corsets for an alternative size if the corset is returned in brand new condition and in its original packaging. A corset that has been tight-laced rather than gently tried for size will not be exchanged. Please note corsets are not refundable.
I’ve received the wrong product

If you have received an incorrect item you will be entitled to a free gift with your next purchase as a thank you for your patience.
There’s a fault with my order
We do our very best to ensure all our products meet our customers’ expectations. If you find your product is damaged on delivery, please email our customer services team on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +44 0844 6933109 immediately so that we can find a solution.
How do I return my product?
If you wish to return your purchase for exchange or refund, please ensure your return contains your name, address, order number and a brief note about the return stating exchange or refund. Returns should be sent to:

Please allow up to two weeks for a refund.
Non-European Union customers
If you’re sending your return from a country outside the European Union, please clearly mark the parcel as RETURNED GOODS or GOODS FOR EXCHANGE as otherwise Customs duty and local tax becomes payable. If this occurs we will refuse to accept the return package.
